VERY GOOD QUALITY SERVICE OF REPAIRS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEALERS KNOW THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF CARS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP KNOWS THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. FULL FILLED PROBLEM OF VEHICLE. RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE WHO IS A FIRST TIME BUYER.

I came in to purchase a vehicle and the staff were very prompt, cordial, and helpful. The customer service was very friendly and willing to work with me. Jose got straight to the point without sugar coating anything and all truths, as far as I know. The vehicle runs to my expectations and I am glad a could finance through credit union 1's first time buyer program because this is my d...ream car and i thank you payless. the facility was with in adequate distance and in well condition. i have not experienced any mechanical problems just yet so i cannot review the qualities of the repairs. I actually ended up at Payless Auto Sales by accident, I thought it was another car dealership. Thank goodness I did wind up here, because I met one of the newest members of the team there named Russell, he was so professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond with helping me get into a ve...chile that not only was afforadble, but safe, and reliable, as well as the features of the vehicle I was looking for. I got to meet his manager Jose, and the store manager, both men were very friendly, and helpful. I would most certainly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle makes their first stop to see the gentlemen at Payless Auto Sales, if they can't get you into something the same day, better believe they will figure out a way to help you find the car, truck, or suv that suits all your needs. Thorough website, excellent service, rapid process. They are fair with trade in values and responsive to sales price. Overall, better selection and service than Lybergers.

First class operation, the staff went above & beyond thier way to make it as satisfying as possible. They were willing to go out of thier way to accomodate me, by picking me up at the airport, fixing small items I noticed that needed minor attention, and also addressing things I did'nt even notice. ...The owner Ali is all about making people satisfied. Jose is a top notch sales man, and more of a friend rather than just a sales person. The whole crew is just awesome, very friendly. Sherri even went out of her way to ketch me and give me the paper work that was accidently missed at sign in. I will be back in the near future no doubt. Hopefully soon. Show more

Brought my girlfriend here to buy a truck, I felt no need to "flex my muscles and battle" with the salesmen. They were kind and didn't rush, force, or stalk during the process. We got what we wanted and are very happy with the buy! Strongly recommend.
