They threw in a set of brand new tires! Studded ones arnt cheap but they worked with me and got me on the way!

I had originally had a mishaps with payless and the way we had left our last interaction had me hesitant. I had issues with my car and i instinctively took it to payless auto garage to have my turbo replaced. The first time i got it back i was very frustrated with the way i got it back. However desp...ite that, Ali took charge of the car and had it fixed properly and swiftly within 72 hours. After 23 years of owning the same car it was time to replace it. Problem was I had no clue how to buy a car. I had the usual 'I like this car" only to have it sold before I could sign on the doted line. This happened at too many dealerships in the valley and Anchorage to name. I was ready to give up.... Then I saw a Jeep advertised on Payless Auto Sales (nice clean website). I contacted Payless and Russell Siah emailed me immediately with information about the Jeep. I said I would be in the next morning from the valley, and I was told no problem the car would be ready for me to test drive. I was there when they opened and although it wasn't the right Jeep for me, Russell went out of his way to show me other cars that I could test drive. He was very easy going and patient. Not at all a pushy sales person. We were actually test driving the last car he had to show me when I spotted a car at their service center that he said just came in and wasn't even detailed. We drove it anyway and I loved it! I bought that Jeep. Russell made the process of finding a car for me and buying it easy. He walked me through the credit/loan process, helped me understand my options and the paperwork, and made the whole experience pleasant. I will definitely buy my next car from Payless Auto Sales and Russell. Regarding my 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude - I couldn't be Happier! Show more

You never know when looking for a used car, but I am VERY happy with the integrity of the staff and the service I received at Payless. They were fair, helpful, and I will definitely be back. When I cancelled my service contract they went out of their way to help me with the refund. I never thought I...'d be writing such a positive review about buying a car! Show more

The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I will refer everyone I know to this dealership. They really took care of me in my circumstances. They worked extra hard to get the financing that I needed. The car that I bought from Payless is prestine. I am a very happy customer.
