My wife and I decided to get different cars this was our first stop and it ended up our last stop. As a policy, we never buy the first car we see or buy a car within the first day of shopping. Therefore, we went to Payless with plan to leave and come back if they had the best deal. On the other hand..., from the moment I stepped on their lot Jose, the main person I dealt with, was kind and friendly. Then when it was time to leave he did not try to pressure us to stay. In fact, he was so kind and up front he made me want to do business with him. Of course, I recommend you do your homework but if you want a good guy salesmen that easy to deal with and a dealership where the salesmen are not cutthroat go to Payless. Ask for Jose and tell him Dee sent you . Show more

The staff there are very friendly and helpful. My car sold with in the first week and they took care of all the paper work. Definately will use them again.

Very fast very easy to work with. Saw the car I wanted and within 24 hours I had the keys, with a great deal in hand. Had 0 credit, they fought for me to get me an insanly low interest rate. Over all very pleased and thankful they worked so hard to make the process as smooth as possible.

I wws pretty nervous when I was looking for a vehicle to buy. But after a few hours with Jose, I was reassured the best customer service, and they delivered it. To make things better, I got the car i wanted with no hassle.

My boyfriend and I purchased a used 2006 Volkswagen V10 Touareg and absolutely love it. The team worked very hard to make it all the best. We highly recommend Payless if you are looking at purchasing or trading in a car. The team was very helpful and not pushy like many other dealerships. They don't... leave out and any information and they do their best at giving you your variety of options during the buying process. They answered all our questions and eased all our concerns.
