The entire staff was friendly and courtious. Both Ali & Jose were outstanding, both in customer service and very knowledgeable of there complete instock inventory. I would definately purchase another vehicle from them in the future. If your looking for a vehicle and just not sure of what you want, g...o to Payless Car Sales they have an awesome inventory. Nice selection of cars. Sales staff was extremely low pressure and operated on your time and schedule. If were just browsing, that was fine with them. Did not try to upsell like the majority of dealers out there.

Thorough website, excellent service, rapid process. They are fair with trade in values and responsive to sales price. Overall, better selection and service than Lybergers.

I first heard of payless through their website and loved how detailed it was. I called to say I was on my way to look at a specific car and when I got there they had it already warmed up and ready for a test drive. Jose made me and my husbands first car buying experience very relaxed, easy, and stre...ss free. He even went the extra mile to keep my 3 year old daughter happy and entertained during the process. We were done with paperwork and driving our car off the lot in just a few hours! Show more

These guys are number one in ALL OF ANCHORAGE!! Very very professional. Sold a truck there in less than a week. Checks were cut the very next day. Honest, non hassling and amazing customer service. Very easy process and 2nd to none staff. Jose made it happen. Curtious and helpfull. Not like your oth...er dealerships in town, these guys MOVE cars and they have the BEST location that any company could ever imagine. Will be coming back for years. A+ guys, great marketing as well. I was very pleased with the service I received from Payless in selling my car on consignment. Everything was great, from the high-visibility presentation of the car, both at the dealership and on the Internet; to working the sale with the various potential buyers; to Jose always being a quick and fr...iendly phone call away; and to dealing quickly and professionally with some hiccups that occurred along the way. The price for their consignment service is a very good deal, especially for selling higher-end cars. Show more

I first noticed the dealership while looking for a specific car for sale in Anchorage. My first impression was of their website. Very clean, organized and tons of pictures from every angle of the car I wanted to see. It helped me determine I want to go see it in person. The sales staff is extremely ...helpful. First class operation, the staff went above & beyond thier way to make it as satisfying as possible. They were willing to go out of thier way to accomodate me, by picking me up at the airport, fixing small items I noticed that needed minor attention, and also addressing things I did'nt even notice. ...The owner Ali is all about making people satisfied. Jose is a top notch sales man, and more of a friend rather than just a sales person. The whole crew is just awesome, very friendly. Sherri even went out of her way to ketch me and give me the paper work that was accidently missed at sign in. I will be back in the near future no doubt. Hopefully soon. Show more
