I was very pleased with the service I received from Payless in selling my car on consignment. Everything was great, from the high-visibility presentation of the car, both at the dealership and on the Internet; to working the sale with the various potential buyers; to Jose always being a quick and fr...iendly phone call away; and to dealing quickly and professionally with some hiccups that occurred along the way. This company went above and beyond to help me get into my car I wanna thank all the employes at Payless cars, Y'all helped me out more then needed and I am forever great full for that. I first noticed the dealership while looking for a specific car for sale in Anchorage. My first impression was of their website. Very clean, organized and tons of pictures from every angle of the car I wanted to see. It helped me determine I want to go see it in person. The sales staff is extremely ...helpful. Customer service was amazing at Payless. The staff is really driven to ensure the buyer gets the best possible deal on a quality vehicle. Jose and Sherri really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend checking out their inventory.

If your looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by to see what there is to offer here.The entire staff was friendly.I was left to look around the lot peacefully with no pressure. I found a good selection of quality vehicles to choose from. The asking price on my car was spot on. The finan...cing process was the smoothest I've experienced. There was never any harrasement. Jose offered to have some minor things fixed for me without hesitation. He also checked to see If there was any existing warranty on my vechicle so that I wouldn't be paying extra for something I already had. I couldnt be happier with my choice. Show more

This dealership is amazing. The vehicles are quality and the salesmen are NOT trying to rip you a new one or push you to make a purchase. The owner is a true patriot and is extremely supportive of this country. We didn't have to wait around all day, they were there to answer questions, aand I have n...ever seen that kind of hospitality at a sales place. I would recommend this place to everyone. Being a first time buyer is scary especially after repairing bad credit. The sales people and staff were curtious professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job making me feel welcome, answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured. If they continue with what and how they are doing ...things I believe they will be the not only the used car dealership but the car dealership above all others. The staff is excellent and the cars are in tip top shape. There is always a wide selection in reliable inventory. Payless auto has a great staff and they are willing to look out for your personal interests. I recommend going to Jose because he was very helpful and determined to get me in a suitable ...and reliable car. I am grateful due to the fact he never gave up on getting me in the right car despite my financial situation, he helped me find a way around the financial loop holes involved in getting approved for a vehicle. Over a period of about 3 months Jose never stopped updating me on new inventory and sooner or later he found a perfect car that fits my financial criteria. My husband and I retired a few months ago, sold our home and my car, and then started all over again moving to a new home and new location here in Alaska. I needed to have a reliable used car to drive from Wasilla to Anchorage so we looked on line at the cars Payless offered. We had the most helpful..., courteous and professional staff assist us through the process of buying our vehicle. In particular the Office Manager, Lloyd Pennebaker, made the whole process very pleasant without any of the back and forth "haggling" that we have experienced in the past with other car dealers. We would go back to this dealer and recommend them to our kids! Show more
