Best dealership in Town have awsome customer service Solat was very nice he helped us out on everything and he made this happen for us im very greatful we had the opportunity to work with him and that he was able to make our dream come thru THANKS PAYLESS and THANKS SOLAT for all your help

I recently bought a SUV from Payless. Solat was absolutely wonderful. I bought the vehicle As-is, I knew that going in. 3 days of owning it I noticed a small issue (cosmetic ) I took it back to them and they rectified the problem right away with no questions asked. Everyone in the office was frien...dly and this car buying experience was the smoothest ever for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with vehicle I purchased. Thank you Solat! The sales person that helped me was knowledgeable about the car I wanted which is always a plus because you then know they aren't just agreeing to everything you say to put you in the car. I didn't feel rushed or made to feel a sense of urgency to buy the car I was looking at; again a plus. The pric...ing on the vehicle was better then I hoped and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a well maintained pre-owned car and good people that sell them without making you feel like you just got, "shaked down" or taken advantage of for a price point. I went into Payless expecting to be pressured and made to feel as though they were doing me a favor; the kind of experience I became used to at the major dealerships in town. I walked around the lo looking for a specific vehicle, one that was on their website. Unfortunately, someone else beat me to... it but in my quest to find the vehicle, I came across another vehicle I had wanted for years. The sales person didn't pressure me, he showed me the vehicle making sure I was comfortable and aware of different functions, and on the test drive, he addressed my questions and comments. The [price was under book value, which was a pleasant surprised, especially compared to the other dealerships I went to (apparently the other dealerships believe their vehicles are thousands of dollars more valuable). They gave me a prie for my trade in, did some numbers, and processed the paperwork. One person did everything (except for the notary signature when another employee witness me sign the document). I wasn't passed off from person to person. It was amazing! I would definitely recommend Payless and would go back without a second thought. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. They worked very well with me to get me the car I needed and wanted. They were more worried about getting me what I want instead of making an extra buck. They did great for my trade in too and gave me a fair price. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car

I'm completely happy with my experience. Everyone was completely professional and genuinely cares about the quality of service that I needed and received. I just bought my truck 2 weeks ago. But, when financially available, I will buy a second truck. I really appreciate they care due to my situation.... Yes, I would 100% recommend Pay less Auto. I walked out of the dealership with the truck I wanted at the price that I can afford. Thanks guys. Show more
